Dr. Suleyman Abdu Ndanusa

Dr Suleiman Abdu Ndanusa served as Board Chairman of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), where he strengthened regulatory frameworks and investor trust. As Pro-Chancellor and Chairman of Council at Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida University (IBBUL), Lapai, he contributed to educational excellence and institutional growth. A former Managing Director/CEO of Spring Bank Plc, he demonstrated exceptional leadership in Nigeria’s banking sector. He also served as President and Chairman of Council of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN), promoting transparency and governance best practices. Notably, he was Lead Consultant to the Central Bank of Nigeria’s Bank Consolidation Monitoring Team, playing a strategic role in reshaping the nation's financial system. He currently chairs the Board of DANE Investments Ltd., Abuja, leading innovative ventures in investment and advisory.
