Professor

A candidate applying for the position must possess the following requirements:

1. A PhD in
   • Public Health, or
   • Nursing, or
   • Environmental Health/management, or
   • Laboratory Science, or
   • Biomedical Sciences (Biochemistry, Physiology, Anatomy, Microbiology, or pathology)
   •  Management Sciences (Business, Human Resources, Economics, Marketing, or Supplies and procurement),
   • Political Science, or
   • Mass Communication, or
   • Computer Science, or
   • Information Science/technology, or
   • Computer Engineering, or
   • Cyber security, or
   • Software Engineering from a recognized Institution of higher learning.
2. A Master of Science and Bachelor of Science degree in relevant disciples as stated in 1 above from a recognized Institution of higher learning.
3. At least Ten (10) years of progressive university teaching experience or relevant working experience in a reputable Organization.
4. At least twenty-one (21) recognized publications in the area of specialization, eight (8) of which as the First or Corresponding/ Senior author. At least four (4) should have been published in the last four years.
5. Supervision of ten (10) Graduate students (2 of which must be PhD Students) to completion.
6. Evidence of contribution to Community.
