Together with our partners, we aim to have a strong and connected presence in our communities, providing strategic opportunities for collaboration and innovation. We seek collaborations and partnerships in the following areas.
University and academic partnerships
- Franchise. Partners deliver their courses at Newgate University Minna or online using University resources. Course design, assessment and quality are assured by the franchise partner, and students receive the partner's award.
- Twinning. A course and qualification jointly developed, delivered and assessed by NUM and the partner institution. Students receive a NUM, partner or joint award.
- Articulation. Students complete part of their studies at NUM and at least two semesters at the partner institution, or vice versa.
- Progression. Successful completion of a partner programme prepares students academically for entry onto a NUM course.
- Validation. A non-degree programme developed, delivered and assessed by a partner and quality assured by NUM. Students achieve a NUM qualification.
